1. Membership & Payments
Membership requires a once-off R50 payment as advertised.
Payments are made via the details provided to you on registration.
Access to membership benefits begins once payment is confirmed.

Minors may participate in runs with parental/guardian consent.
3. Member Conduct
Members agree to act respectfully towards other participants and staff.
Unsafe, disruptive, or abusive behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.
4. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks.
By joining, you confirm you are fit to run and participate, or have consulted with a medical professional.
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health complications arising from participation.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials belong to Run & Refuel and its partners.
Members may not copy or reproduce content without permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership if these terms are violated.
