Run & Refuel Mental Wellness Club – Refund Policy

• Membership payments of R50 are non-refundable, as they cover immediate access to digital benefits and event planning.
• If you cannot attend an event, your membership remains valid for the full term.
• In exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payments, errors), refund requests will be considered.
• If an event is cancelled by us, we will either reschedule or credit your membership towards the next event.
